Ved du, hvad du har brug for?

- Et studie om behov i arbejdsmarkedsrettede danskkurser.

Martin Carlshollt Unger was employed at CIP as a PhD fellow for the period 2018–2022.

During this period, Martin Unger conducted his study on how identifying needs among managers, colleagues, and language learners themselves can contribute to developing and tailoring Danish language instruction for international employees in job-oriented Danish courses, both at and outside the University of Copenhagen.

The background for the PhD thesis is partly the publicly funded Danish courses for foreigners offered by language centres across Denmark—including CIP in the period 2013–2018—and partly CIP’s existing work on targeting and customizing language instruction based on needs analyses.

Martin defended his PhD thesis on 3 June 2022.
