The general project management is located the Faculty of Humanities, and the project is managed by Anne Holmen, Director of the Centre for Internationalisation and Parallel Language Use (CIP), which also functions as secretariat.

Steering Committee
The University’s Academic Board on Education Strategy (KUUR) functions as steering committee for all 2016 Pool educational projects.
The project will produce a status report to KUUR approx. once a year.
In addition, the project will present its midway results at the Education Day 2015 and conclude with a written self-evaluation in 2017.
